PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OPERATIONS AND RELATED PURPOSES

Below, we summarise all the operations we carry out that involve the collection, storage or processing of your personal data, and the purposes we pursue with each of them.

a) collection, storage and disclosure to third parties of your personal data for the purpose of supplying our products or services and providing the Judicial Authorities with the requested information;

b) processing of personal data provided by you and data collected from your browsing activity on the internet, based on the process explained in more detail in the general terms and conditions of service, for the purpose of defining your commercial profile

c) use of your commercial profile by Tecnoelettrica Snc for Tecnoelettrica Snc’s own marketing and promotional purposes

d) collection, storage and processing of your personal data for administrative and accounting purposes, including the possible transmission of commercial invoices by e-mail

e) use of your commercial profile by Tecnoelettrica for third-party marketing and promotional purposes


METHOD OF PROCESSING

The processing will be carried out in a fully automated manner using a process that allows the customer’s commercial aptitudes to be detected through their online behaviour. Tecnoelettrica, through its data processing and storage system, ensures and guarantees that such data will not include, directly or indirectly, any sensitive information pursuant to Articles 4(D) and 26 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. 196/03. Therefore, any processing that may directly or indirectly concern sensitive data will be excluded a priori.


FREEDOM TO GIVE CONSENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

The granting of consent to the processing of personal data provided for the purposes referred to in points (a), (b), (d) is necessary. If you refuse to give your consent, we will not be able to provide you with Tecnoelettrica’s services. Consent for purposes (c) and (e) must be subject to specific approval.


DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSOR

The data controller is Tecnoelettrica in the person of its legal representative. Any requests pursuant to Art. 7 of D. Lgs. 196/03 must be addressed to Tecnoelettrica or sent by email to info@tecnoelettricasrl.net.


RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Art. 7 D.Lgs 196/03 (Rights of the subject)

1. With regard to the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.

2. The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding:
the origin of the data;
the purposes of the processing;
the logic of the processing;
the identification details of the Data Controller and Data Processors to whom the data may be disclosed.

3. The data subject also has the right to obtain:
the updating, rectification or integration of the data collected;
the deletion, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
certification that the operations referred to in the preceding points have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right being protected.

4. The data subject also has the right to object, in whole or in part:
on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material.
